Ferry to Uno. Then a couple of local trains to Okayama. From there catch the shinkansen to Shin-Osaka station. Pick up the metro to Yodoyabashi station and short walk to the hotel.

Full day in Osaka, Walk across to Osaka castle and the gardens, From there follow the river back to the two art galleries on the island between the river Tosahori.

Last day exploring Osaka. Wander at random down the most massive covered shopping area ever via Shinsaibashi down to the neon clad buildings of Dotonbori. Sensory overload. Queues to buy one brand of pastry were mental. Night walk out to see the city lights.
